![]() CD «Music for Hypnosis and Self-Hypnosis» was created at the request of many people being experienced in training with CD «Guide» and as a fact presents a music track from this disk. Naturally, this music contains psycho-acoustic technologies (you can find the detailed description of the technologies on the site) which make falling into a hypnotic trance easier. Besides, positive statements recorded on the disk make getting in the demanded state and a successful activity in it easier as well. The volume of these statements is put purposely too low, in order not to hinder your hypnotic activity but it is enough for your subconsciousness to be influenced by these statements. It is not a under-threshold hypnosis and you can hear them all if you wish, but I assure you there is no need to do it at all for the form of these statements has been thoroughly adjusted from your safety point-of view and some of them could seem strange (but not more) to a person not acquainted with the principles of hypnotic activity. There are also signals AudioStrobe recorded on the CD which operate special glasses. As for self-hypnosis, everything depends on what DRESsing (Direction, Room, Eye-witnesses, State) you are training with. Some people complain they fall asleep while training. Nothing bad about it. You can try to train in the morning in order not to fall asleep. «Before» and «after» may be applied for self-hypnosis, «during» is usually applied for geterohypnosis (that is the trance with a hypnotist). Working with trance during the trance – is already aerobatics and it will be mastered by you if you wits while you are succeeding in you training. That is why before the training you have to say yourself what it is necessary for you and then have a pleasure to fall asleep, and on waking up immediately make positive statements how much it has helped you in achieving your concrete aim. You can put this phrase down on the paper and hang on the wall in order to see it at once after waking up, for many people miss this important factor of the successive hypnotic work without a habit. The statement for the self-hypnosis must, and it is also important, satisfy the criteria of a competently formed result and have a correct form as well: There is one more very important rule for the self-hypnosis – the state of the happy anticipation of the result. You should little by little seek for the smallest positive changes inside yourself (and make glad with them) proving the effectiveness of your work, instead of going in for self-analysis with hesitation – «does it work?... or doesn’t?...» (it would seem as if you planted a seed and every day digged it out to see how it is growing).
